How do I write an entry?

Tap the + button and write the way you would text a friend — “coffee with Lena, she just moved to Zurich and starts at Google in March.” No forms, no fields. The AI reads it and suggests people, threads, dates and follow-ups, and nothing is saved until you approve it.

Can I dictate instead of typing?

Yes. In the composer, tap the microphone, then press and hold while you speak and release when you are done. Hold again to add more — it appends rather than starting over. Speech is transcribed with Apple’s speech recognition — on your device where the language supports it, otherwise on Apple’s servers. The audio is never stored.

The AI got a name or a detail wrong.

Everything it suggests is editable. Open the person and tap Edit to fix their name or add nicknames, or use the ⋯ → Merge with… menu if the same person ended up with two profiles. You can also decline any suggestion instead of accepting it.

Why does a profile say so little?

Profiles fill in as you write more about someone. Tap the ✨ button on a profile to have the AI re-read every entry that mentions them and rewrite the summary.

Which languages work for dictation?

Whatever your device supports — set it in Settings → Voice. That includes German (Switzerland), French (Switzerland) and Italian (Switzerland). Swiss German dialect is not supported by Apple’s speech recognition, so dictating in Schwiizerdütsch will not transcribe well.

Does it work offline?

No. Entries are stored in your account and the AI features need a connection, so you will see a banner and saving is blocked while you are offline.

I need larger text.

RemerAI follows your system text size — change it in iOS Settings → Display & Brightness → Text Size, or Accessibility → Display & Text Size for the larger options.

How do I export my data?

Settings → Export my data produces a text file of everything you have written, which you can save or send anywhere.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete account. It permanently and immediately erases your account and everything in it — entries, people, threads, reminders. It cannot be undone.

I subscribed to Plus, but it is not showing on my other device.

Plus is tied to the Apple ID that made the purchase, not to your RemerAI account — that is how subscriptions work on the App Store. On a device signed in to the same Apple ID, tap Restore purchases on the Plus screen and it will come back. On a device signed in to a different Apple ID the purchase cannot be transferred, and Plus will not appear even with the same RemerAI login.

The flip side: anyone using RemerAI on a device whose Apple ID has Plus gets Plus, whichever RemerAI account they sign in to.

How do I cancel Plus?

iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RemerAI Plus → Cancel. Cancelling goes through Apple; we cannot do it for you. You keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Reminders are not arriving.

Check that notifications are allowed for RemerAI in iOS Settings → Notifications. Reminders fire at the time set on the reminder, or at your default time from Settings → Reminder time.
